Shipping & Returns

Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 3 business days. One-of-one pieces are checked and photographed before dispatch, which can take up to 5 days. Commissions ship 2–5 weeks after the brief is approved.

Tracked shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Domestic orders over $300 ship free. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and with tags attached. One-of-one pieces and commissions are final sale — each is made once and cannot be restocked.

We repair anything we made, for life. Send it back and we'll fix it. You cover shipping one way; we cover the work.

If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email studio@rawtrash.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
